Positive: Location is good and parks nearby were nice for the kids. Negative: During the first few days of our stay, we experienced several issues with the property, including ceiling leaks, air conditioning not working in both the bedrooms and living area, WiFi outage (which affected our work and children’s schooling), blocked drains with unpleasant odours, and a broken bed in the children’s room. We also found the floors were not clean on arrival and required multiple attempts to clean. These issues were reported to the management company, and while efforts were made, they were not resolved to a satisfactory standard during our stay. Due to the ongoing problems, we made the decision to leave the property three weeks earlier than planned. We subsequently requested a partial refund, which was declined. We hope this feedback is helpful for future guests and encourages improvements to the property and its maintenance.
